By accessing and using Uddipto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Additionally, when using these services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access some features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
• You agree to immediately notify Uddipto of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality will remain the exclusive property of Uddipto and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Uddipto, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
